It was a HIGH HIGH night with 五月天 at their 新加坡 [諾亞方舟]明日重生版 世界巡迴演唱會 2013 on Saturday, 15 June 2013.
Ticket Price (Exclude Booking Fee) ranged between S$28 to S$238. We had gotten the S$198 ticket (S$201 with booking fee) in February, on the day ticket was on sale. The S$238 tickets were sold out by the time we wanted to buy.
We were indoors around 7.30pm. The place is still pretty empty, though it was pretty crowded outside. Some queuing to get in, some queuing to buy their Tshirts and some sitting around waiting (for friends I guess?). We intended to get tshirts too. Each costs S$40. But our sizes are no longer available. Sad. I didn't know there were tshirts on sale. Else we would not have taken our own sweet time for dinner.
Everyone of us is issued a light stick that emits six different color. It's during the concert then we realise the power of this lightstick. Our lightsticks colours are controlled by someone, so that the lights we wave are of the same colour. It is a very grand. I was mesmemised by the sea of lights.
The concert finally started. With "explosions" that scared us, making us jump and hearts THUMP. The screen shows JJ Lin, announcing the end of the world as a newscaster.
So happy~ The concert started. It was HIGH from song one all the way to the end. The guest of the night is Jia Jia 家家, a Taiwanese singer. She has great vocals.
Although our tickets are of the 2nd most expensive, our seats are not considered far, neither are we near. And I was envious of those in the mosh pit. They are SO NEAR 五月天, and from our angle, some of the visual is cut off. Sobs.
It's HIGH HIGH high~ 阿信，石頭，怪獸，walked to the back of the mosh pit and brought the crowd even higher. Solo display of their skills on their guitars and drums. 瑪莎 and 冠佑 remained on the main stage and showcased their skills.
Love this shot. 石頭's solo. I'm too far from 怪獸! Boohoo.. Same position as 石頭 but he's at the other side of the stadium.
I love this led visual.. So pretty. Glowing graffiti.
They are going off... sobs... 五月天。五月天。五月天。Encore. Encore. Encore.
And they came back! Thrice! So happy. And the departing song was their newest song, 傷心的人別聽滿歌。So happy. So high..
And the concert ends..... And all of us were still hoping that they come back on stage again. Only the backstage crew came onstage to keep the stuff..
It was a great great night. I had fun. Loads of it. Even though we sang/shouted along to our throats sore, it was still worth it. Sad Chyi didn't managed to come with us.
