We had came here before, a few years back, and I'm not sure why, but this time, it feels happy to eat here, like I had found a huge treasure.

皮蛋粥 Century egg porridge [$3.00] - with chicken floss. The porridge is thick and nice. Very filling. So if you want to try more of the dim sum, order one to share.

香港叉烧包 Hong Kong Char Siew Bao [$3.50] - soft textured buns. The traditional way of making dim sum buns. Filled with delicious char siew.

虾饺 Prawn Dumpling [$3.30] - Dumplings filled with big fresh prawns. Love the prawns. But thinking the skin can be better? It's thin but too thin, as the fillings broke out of the skin even before taking it near to my mouth.

烧卖王 Siew Mai King [$4.50] - An upgraded version of siew mai. And it's yummilicious. Smooth textured pork and prawns. The normal ones costs $2.80. I wonder what's the difference though.. More prawns maybe?

鲜竹卷 Bamboo rolls [$4.30] - Bamboo shoots wrapped in toufu skin. Very crunchy, very fresh.

This place has been in Singapore for many years, (Read ieatishootipost's 2008 blogpost) and I'm glad that the food standard is kept to its best. And I don't have to queue 3 hours =P
